Our platform is built with redundancy across multiple availability zones, ensuring your messaging workflows stay online when it matters most. We maintain a public status page and proactively communicate any incidents that may affect service delivery.
Data Encryption
All data transmitted through Pinnacle is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
We do not sell or share your data or your end users' data with third parties.
Access Controls & Permissions
Pinnacle supports role-based access controls, allowing your team to manage who can view, send, and configure messaging across your organization.
API keys are scoped and can be rotated at any time through the dashboard. We follow the principle of least privilege across our internal systems.
Compliance
